UBSA1.91 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to resolve the message prompted: Failed: Cod13-GL_Batch is not found

Description

Error message prompted when login to the system (after keying in password and click OK): Failed: Code13-GL_Batch is not found

Solution

To resolve the message prompted: Failed: Cod13-GL_Batch is not found:
  1. Create a new directory, generate data files from Existing Data Directory.
  2. OR backup your data, remove and reinstall the program, restore your data. 
  3. To prevent this problem, always logoff the program in proper way through Housekeeping,  Exit.
