Solution

This issue happens during new installations on new Windows machines. Try the below solutions:
  • Root cause is .NET 3.5 is not found. 
  • Install .NET 3.5 from Microsoft. 
  • Or run the Sage UBS application, and follow the steps when the system prompts you to download it.
  • Restart your computer.
