UBSA1.173 : Access UBS (Accounting): Newly created user ID functions are disabled

Description

Functions are disabled for new user IDs. 

Environment

Access UBS (Accounting)

Solution

To resolve the issue, please follow the below steps:
  1. Go to Administration, then User Defined.
  2. Click User Defined Menu, and select By User ID.
  3. In the User ID field, search for the new user ID in the drop-down list and select the new ID.
  4. Click Mark All to enable all functions for the new user.
  5. Click Exit.
