Solution

  1. Click Exit repetitively until you will be able to login the system
  2. Kindly perform a backup
  3. Run “index” and “upgrade data file.
    Housekeeping, File re-organization and select Mark All, OK.
    Housekeeping, Upgrade Data File and select Ok to run.
