A3.113 : How to set up face recognition feature for clock in?

Question : How to set up face recognition feature for clock in?


Answer :

1) Go to employee maintenance, make sure the checkboxes of Has Time Attendance and Requires Face Recognition is checked.

2) Go to rule maintenance, make sure addition action- Take Photo/ Validate Face Recognition is selected.

3) Go to AC Payroll app

4) Select Attendance

5) You are required to do first time setup for face recognition. Follow the guide to take 3 photos and submit.

6) Now your face recognition setup is done. From now on when you clock in/out, you are required to do face recognition.
