A1.138 : License: Error Server ID not match with server ID registered at the USB Key when try to activate license
Question: Why there is an error ‘Server ID not Match with server ID registered at the USB Key’ when I try to activate license?
Possible Reason:
There is more than 1 database server points to a same dongle. It is important to deactivate the dongle first before switching server or moving dongle to another PC.
Solution:
1) Install Autocount 2.0 USB Key Utility.
2) In Autocount 2.0 USB Key Utility, double click on ‘DongleUtil’.
3) Click on ‘Clear Server ID’ then you can proceed to activate license at AutoCount License Control Panel.
